Artists Statement: Shannon Anderson

Shannon’s background in art began in childhood, when she carried a sketchbook on family

vacations and road trips as a way to pass the time and capture what she saw around her. After

graduating from high school, she attended Bemidji State University, where she studied art and

design. Shannon specialized in exhibit and graphic design, which quickly led her to a career as

a freelance designer and custom illustrator.
