After graduating in 1990 from North Hennepin Community College with a Graphic Design degree I started my own business. Fine art is my passion working in pastels, watercolor, inkwash, pencil, and acrylic.

Music Meditation uses sound to calm the mind and body. It helps lower your heart rate and ease stress. Stop in, for instrumental music with slower tempos and no lyrics. Dedicate 10 to 30 minutes to simply sit, close your eyes, and focus deeply on the sounds without multitasking.

I have raised a family and worked as a piano teacher and florist most of my adult life. I am a self-taught artist. As I approach retirement I am working toward honing my artistic skills and allowing my hobby to fill more of my time.
